Jesse Z Weiss lawyer


A former litigation partner at two top international law firms, Jesse provides big firm experience and expertise with small-firm client focus. He represents individuals and companies in complex disputes in courts and arbitrations, and before federal and state agencies. Jesse’s clients have included public and private companies, shareholders, officers, boards and directors, employers and employees. He also advises on select employment, corporate, and regulatory matters.

Jesse has successfully represented clients against the country’s most sophisticated law firms, against federal and state regulators, and in internal investigations. He has a broad range of experience across numerous industries and types of litigation, including securities class actions, derivative actions, internal investigations, SEC investigations and enforcement actions; and business and employment matters alleging fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret theft, antitrust and other anti-competitive behavior, including violations of confidentiality, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements. Jesse has both prosecuted and defended federal class action lawsuits, and has appeared on behalf of clients around the country and represented clients around the world.

An Austin native, Jesse lives there with his attorney wife and their three non-attorney children.
